This document delineates the terms of service and sale for Sud Bros’ car detailing services. Here’s a summary of the key points:

Terms of Sale:

When booking online or via phone, users agree to the terms and conditions of the booking.
Prices and wash package contents are subject to change at Sud Bros’ discretion.
If not booked online, payments are due upon completion of the service and can be made via cash, debit, or credit card.
If not booked online, Sud Bros may initiate a collection process if a credit card payment is declined.
All sales are final, and there are no refunds whatsoever, including dissatisfaction with the service provided.
Customers acknowledge and agree that any chargebacks initiated by them for services rendered by Sud Bros will result in legal action to recover the full amount owed, including legal fees and associated costs.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

Customers are required to remove personal belongings from their vehicle beforedetailing, and Sud Bros is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
Vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s risk, with any damage claims limited to the cost of the service.
A minimum 20% surcharge applies to jobs involving hazardous materials.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Customers can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 48 hours before the due date, but a fee is charged for cancellations within 48 hours.

Satisfaction Policy:

If the service is incomplete or unsatisfactory, Sud Bros will redo the service free of charge if a claim is filed within 24 hours.

Appointment Time:

Customers are advised to allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for appointments due to potential delays.

Website Terms of Use:

Users agree to the terms and conditions of use when accessing the website.
The materials on the website are provided “as is,” and Sud Bros is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
Sud Bros reserves the right to revise the terms of use at any time without notice.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be
determined by arbitration in Odessa, Texas before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Governing Law:

Any claims relating to Sud Bros’ website or services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes:

Sud Bros reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
